Sigma Profiles
Sigma Profiles are reinforced with additional bends in their cross-section, offering superior resistance to both vertical and horizontal loads. Thanks to this high strength, they are essential components in construction and storage areas. Due to their complex shape, production is challenging without roll-form lines. On roll-form machines, they can be mass-produced with precision and consistency.
Drilling any number of holes at specific points and cutting to unlimited lengths can be performed on the same line, significantly reducing extra labor and energy costs.
The table below shows the minimum and maximum dimensions we can manufacture for Sigma Profiles. They can be made from black or galvanized sheet steel, and can be hot-dip galvanized to EN 1461 standards or painted if requested.
